- Descrizione
- A naturally occurring, cell-permeable diterpene with anti-inflammatory properties. A selective and direct IκB kinase inhibitor in TNF-α stimulated HeLa cells. This prevents NF-κB activation. Also inhibits the nitric oxide production by IL-1β or IL-17 stimulated chondrocytes.
