- Descrizione
- Reacts with nitric oxide at pH 7.4, which results in the generation of NO2-/NO3--with a rate constant of 1 x 104 M-1 sec-1. It prevents SIN-1 induced endothelial cell death and has potent therapeutic value in endotoxin shock through its nitric oxide scavenging action.
